Glaciers have been retreating and shrinking since the end of the Little Ice Age. Glacier changes, however, have been heterogeneous. Barley yellow dwarf (BYD) has been described as the most devastating cereal grain disease worldwide causing between 11% and 33% yield loss in wheat fields.
There has been little focus on management of the disease in the literature over the past twenty years, although much of the United States still suffers disease outbreaks. With this review, we provide the most up-to-date information on BYD. In this study, we characterize the body of knowledge of groundwater remediation from to by employing scientometric techniques and CiteSpace software, based on the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-E) databases.
The results indicate that the United States and China contributed % of the total publications and were the major powers in groundwater remediation research.
